Your First Week with Genezio

A practical day-by-day guide for Digital Marketing Managers. By the end of your first week, you'll have your baseline scores, your first competitor analysis, and a prioritized content action list.

Before you start: Have your brand name, top 2–3 competitor names, and a list of 5–10 topics you want to rank for in AI answers ready. Topics should be category-level phrases like "AI visibility platform," "project management for remote teams," or "CRM for startups" — not product names.

Day 1 — Monday: Set Up Your Brand and Baseline

~2 hours · Goal: first conversations running by end of day

End of Day 1 deliverable: First AI Recommendations % and AI Visibility % numbers for your brand and competitors. Initial list of which sources AI is already citing in your category.

Day 2 — Tuesday: Read Your Baseline Scores

~1.5 hours · Goal: understand where you stand and why

Tip: Pick the one topic where the gap between you and the top competitor is smallest — that's your first quick win opportunity.

End of Day 2 deliverable: Scored list of topics to prioritize. Citation source list (5–10 domains AI trusts in your category). Perception issues flagged.

Day 3 — Wednesday: Deep Dive into Actionable Insights

~1 hour · Goal: let Genezio tell you exactly what to fix

End of Day 3 deliverable: Prioritized list of 5–10 specific actions. Each action mapped to: content type, responsible person, estimated timeline.

Day 4 — Thursday: Build Your First Content Brief

~2 hours · Goal: first Genezio-informed content piece briefed and assigned

Take the highest-priority insight from Day 3 and turn it into a proper content brief:

End of Day 4 deliverable: One complete content brief assigned. Re-measurement date booked in your calendar.

Day 5 — Friday: Set Up Your Monthly Reporting Rhythm

~1 hour · Goal: AI visibility becomes a permanent part of your marketing metrics

End of Week 1 — what you now have:
