Users
In Genezio, users are the people who can access and work inside an account.
Users can be invited at:
- account level (access to all brands in the account)
- brand level (access only to selected brands)
This allows teams to control collaboration and visibility across multiple brands.
Account-Level Users
Account-level users are invited to the full account workspace.
This is useful for team members who need broad visibility, such as:
- account owners
- operations leads
- central growth or analytics teams
Brand-Level Users
Brand-level users are invited to one or more specific brands.
This is useful when access should be limited, for example:
- client stakeholders who should see only their brand
- agency specialists assigned to selected client brands
- internal teams responsible for one product line
