Sign-in and SSO Options

Genezio offers several ways to sign in, so you can use the method that fits how your team already works — a simple email and password, your Google or Microsoft account, or your organization's single sign-on.

This page walks through the available options, how to sign up, how to join a team you've been invited to, and what enterprise SSO looks like.


Available Sign-in Methods

The sign-in, sign-up, verification, and invite pages share a clean, consistent layout with provider and LLM icons so the right option is easy to spot.


How to Sign Up

  1. Enter your details — your name, email address, and a password.
  2. Accept the legal terms (the disclaimers shown on the sign-up page).
  3. Choose your marketing-email preference — this is an opt-in, so it's entirely up to you.
  4. Verify your email — Genezio sends you a verification message; click the link to confirm your address and activate your account.

Once your email is verified, you can sign in and start setting up your brand.


How to Accept a Team Invite

If a colleague has invited you to an existing team, you'll receive an invitation by email.

  1. Open the invitation email and follow the accept-invite link.
  2. Complete the short sign-up step if you don't already have an account.
  3. You'll join the team and land in the shared workspace, ready to go.

Enterprise SSO (SAML)

For organizations that prefer centralized access, Genezio supports single sign-on (SSO) via SAML, powered by Keycloak. This lets your people sign in through your company's existing identity provider, using the credentials and policies you already manage.

Enterprise SSO is set up together with the Genezio team. You provide the details for your identity provider, the connection is configured on both sides, and from then on your users sign in through your organization's normal login. If single sign-on is a requirement for your organization, reach out to the Genezio team to get it configured.
